Strange the AKC states that no color nor markings are of any importance. So, that means that the Blue Basset has every right to exsist. How can those statements be even be made, I suppose that they should destroy every Blue that is born, God put them here for a reason and that is to be loved. And finally, I don't care what genetic rubbish anyone tries to feed me, but just remember that I feel that my Blue could of been pink with neon puke green spots, I would love and care for no more or less than any other bassets, because Bassets are just a wonderful breed. They are so majestic and proud, and they make me smile continuously. They have big part of my life and love.
