we have just gotten our first bassett his name is fred and is 7 weeks old. he is half bassett and half beagle but he has all the bassett looks. he is so sweet. he has some smelly probs with his ears that we were told to use some cleaner from the vet and it seems to work. he loves to cry until he gets held.. is there anything i need to know about this breed of dog to make his life great.. thanks alot ccoxie
