This is Lady Girl. She joins our family last year from the Basset Rescue in Los Angeles, so we can only guess her age at 6-7. What a bundle of fun and love! She weighs in at 70 lbs. and most agree she is the biggest basset they have ever seen. (Although the vet assures us she is in great shape and not too heavy - just huge). We believe it is because she has such a big heart.

She, of course, thinks of herself as the head of our pack and sleeps pretty much wherever she wants to - in bed with us with head on pillow.
She has us well trained.
