Cloe and Sir Duke Raukes!
Hi there I was wondering if you could help me.. I have 2 Beautiful bassets, CLOE (Girl) and Sir Duke Raukes (Male) we call him Raukes.. anyway I have been trying to get them to have puppies for a few years now and it seems impossible. He is now 5 years old and she 4... How do I know when she is in heat? she doesn't seem to bleed anymore and I know when she wants to she will stand for him. but he always seems to be a horny devil so that's why I need to know how else do I tell if she's in heat ? is it a specific time of the year... I know its only 2 times a year but everytime they have locked etc... and a few weeks later... NOTHING not even a false pregnancy.. I am very sad as I love my dogs soooo much and I would like to have Raukes children with me until I die.
Please could you help regarding this matter as I need to know if I have to put either on a hormone supplement or what must I do.
